This End-User Software License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by you, as the end user, and Fast Quiz.

By accessing the App and continuing to use the Services, you will be deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy and, in particular, you will be deemed to have acknowledged the manner in which we process your information and the appropriate legal grounds for processing described in the Privacy Policy. Fast Quiz respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the service. Without your prior permission, Fast Quiz will not disclose this information or provide it to third parties. When you agree to the Fast Quiz service use agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this privacy policy.

1. User content standards

1. The content described in this article refers to any content produced, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated by users in the process of using the service, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions and other registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics, etc., sent, replied or automatically replied to messages and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using the account or this service.

2. Users shall not use this software account or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies:

• Oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;
• Endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert the state power, and undermine national unity;
• Damage national honor and interests;
• Incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine national unity;
• Undermine national religious policies, promote cults and feudal superstitions;
• Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
• Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes;
• Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
• Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3. Users shall not use their accounts or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of the "Service" and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

• Contains any sexual or sexual suggestion;
• Contains insults, intimidation, or threats;
• Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information;
• Involves the privacy, personal information, or data of others;
• Infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as the right to reputation, portrait, intellectual property, or trade secrets;

2. Users shall not use this software account or this service to conduct the following behaviors:

• Submit or publish false information, or steal other people's avatars or information, impersonate or use other people's names;
• Force or induce other users to follow, click on link pages or share information;
• Fabricate facts, conceal the truth to mislead or deceive others;
• Use technical means to create fake accounts in batches;
• Use the account or this service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;
• Produce, publish methods or tools related to the above behaviors, or operate or disseminate such methods or tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
• Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with normal operations, or are not explicitly authorized by the service.

3. Users must be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and effectiveness of the information transmitted using the account or this service. Any legal liability related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user and has nothing to do with this software. If damage is caused to a third party, the user shall compensate according to law.

4. The services provided by this software may include advertisements. Users agree to display advertisements provided by third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, users shall be responsible for transactions conducted based on such advertising information.

This software does not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by users due to transactions conducted based on such advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.

3. Others

1. Information Use

• The Fast Quiz needs your consent to access the address book, which is only convenient for local quick dialing of the contact's phone number, and will not upload the communication to the server. If not allowed, the Fast Quiz will not be able to read your address book, cannot access the number of the contact in the address book, but can enter the number to dial.
• The Fast Quiz will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you have obtained your prior permission, or the third party and the Fast Quiz provide services to you separately or jointly, and after the end of the service, it will be prohibited from accessing all the information it could access before.
• The Fast Quiz also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information for free by any means. If any user of the Fast Quiz platform engages in the above activities, once discovered, Fast Quiz has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.
• For the purpose of serving users, Fast Quiz may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with Fast Quiz partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

2. Scope of application

• Personal information provided by you in accordance with the requirements of the Fast Quiz when you use it.
• You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this privacy policy:
• Keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the Fast Quiz platform;
• The information data collected by the Fast Quiz that you publish on the Fast Quiz, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;
• Violation of legal provisions or violations of the rules of the Fast Quiz and the measures that the Fast Quiz has taken against you.

3. Information Disclosure In the following circumstances, the Fast Quiz will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or legal provisions:

4. Information Storage and Exchange The information and data collected by Fast Quiz about you will be stored on the servers of Fast Quiz and (or) its affiliated companies. This information and data may be transmitted to your country, region or overseas where the Fast Quiz collects the information and data and be accessed, stored and displayed overseas.

The Fast Quiz guarantees that the upgrade module of this software does not contain any malicious code designed to destroy user computer data and obtain user privacy information, does not contain any functional code that tracks, monitors user computers and/or operating behaviors, and will not monitor user online and offline behaviors or leak user privacy.

5. Information security

The Fast Quiz has security protection functions, but please also note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.

6. How do we handle the personal information of minors

• If you are a minor under the age of 14, before using our products and/or services, please be sure to read this policy in the company of your guardian and make sure that you have obtained your guardian's explicit consent before using them.
